General introduction:
I am Lacia - also known as nyep - originating from Germany.

MTA career:
Started around 2011-2012. Played freeroam for like a year, exclusively DM since, started mapping & scripting in 2014.

Old clans and reason for departure:
Past 5 years:
Vultaic -  Map tester, sticker manager - After the server launch the internal structure of the clan started straying too much from what I once loved about it.
FoXX - Leader, map manager, map tester - Closed.

Why do you want to join NOVA?
Mostly to stay together with some old FoXX members. Of all the places FoXX members have scattered since its closing, Nova seems the most fitting for me.

As part of the team, how can you help us?
- Experience in web- & software development, testing & debugging. No, I do not wish to join the development team, but I can offer useful feedback on a level most can not due to field experience.
- Experience in managing a team of map testers and fixers with standardized fixing methods, both on the actual map and scripts for general uniformity and quality assurance.
- Experience in managing a team, structurizing a proper internal hierarchy based on personal skills of people.
- Experience in communicating with a large community.
- Experience operating Windows/Linux servers.
- Experience in operating databases.

I am not asking to be put in charge of anything, these are simply skills I've developed over the years and am capable of offering feedback in.

Which gamemodes do you usually play?
DM, nothing else.
